- Postgraduate & Undergraduate Research Supervision: Supervised postgraduate research, including doctoral supervision of Namsrai Battulga at the University of Pécs, guiding LLM students at Mount Kenya University, and overseeing over 100 LLB student dissertations.
- Administrative & Institutional Leadership: Spearheaded the re-accreditation of the Bachelor of Laws Programme, managed curriculum development, oversaw institutional policies, budgets, and regulatory compliance, and directed international academic collaborations and MOUs.
