Zetech University-Head of ICT, Media, and Engineering Department-January 2024 Key Duties:

  • Oversee program development and review process.
  • Participate in approving all student admissions into various programs in the department.

 Receive new students registered in the department, orient and assist them to settle down.

  • Overseeing all teaching and examination processes; to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
  • Managing the student's progression, transition, and eventual graduation.
  • Monitoring class attendance by students and staff and timely resolutions of students and staff concerns.

  • Worked as a Network Support Specialist responsible for ensuring optimal network performance, repairs, and administration. Worked as hardware repair and maintenance personnel.

 Assisted in the ministry of energy's magazine (Energy Bulletin) design and publication.

 Carried out user support and training.
